The massage treatments were held in the basement area of a hair salon, but in a good location, 10 minutes walk away from Oxford Street. The actual treatment rooms were nicely decorated and every effort has been made with the ambience, but there was a lot of noise from people walking above and other members of staff talking and moving around outside the room, which did not help me to relax! The lava shell treatment was good, but it is not a massage to help ease out any kinks/knots in your neck or shoulders etc. it seemed to be more general in style. I think i would probably stick to a more traditional type of massage in the future. The therapist was very polite and friendly, but kept leaving the room which I found distracted me from relaxing and enjoing the treatment fully. Overall good value for money with the voucher offer, and in a great location in the West End.
4ForYou Professional Massage Therapists has a relaxing atmosphere and a good range of treatments. I chose to have a Deep Tissue Massage. My therapist was very good and applied just the right amount of pressure to get rid of those knots!
really friendly place, the staff was very professional. they new what they where doing and was an excellent massage using hot mudpack. will go there again and they didnt wasnt any time. got the full 1 hour.
off the main drag but easy enough to find with a map. three small treatment rooms in the basement of a hairdressers. nicely done out but not luxurious. the therapists didn't seem to be very experienced but it was relaxing enough. on the phone i had requested a mud massage - which is something they offer - but when i got there the therapist seemed very keen to try out the hot stones instead so i agreed. i haven't had this before so can't compare but it seemed to be ok.
off the main drag but easy enough to find if you are equipped with a map. there are 3 rooms but the room we were in was very small - so much so that the therapist had to keep shoving the bed I was on back and forward to get around it. i was really quite stiff when i went in and i felt nice and relaxed afterwards although - and i do not know if this was in any way related - i had a terrible pain come on in my shoulder later that evening. i couldn't be sure that it had anything whatsoever to do with the massage but it has made me reluctant to go back as it did seem an odd coincidence and i can't but help associating the two events.
