off the main drag but easy enough to find if you are equipped with a map. there are 3 rooms but the room we were in was very small - so much so that the therapist had to keep shoving the bed I was on back and forward to get around it. i was really quite stiff when i went in and i felt nice and relaxed afterwards although - and i do not know if this was in any way related - i had a terrible pain come on in my shoulder later that evening. i couldn't be sure that it had anything whatsoever to do with the massage but it has made me reluctant to go back as it did seem an odd coincidence and i can't but help associating the two events.
As most other reviewers pointed out, the venue is not ideal. The spa is located in the basement of a Hair salon and the stairway is very steep and narrow however that being said, the entire experience and treatment was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was very personable and friendly. They actually called mw by name when I first arrived and introduced themselves which was a nice touch. I wasn't felt rushed at all and was offered green tea while the therapist explained the treatment. I opted for the Earth Element full body massage and it was glorious. There was so much attention to detail and Carolina's technique was spot on. I would definitely recommend this venue and would go there again myself. Special thanks to Anna and Carolina for an enjoyable experience.
very friendly service and great atmosphere. definitely would go again!
The therapist was amazing, really nice massage. it's not very spa-like as you go thru the hairdressing saloon first, down some tiny stairs to get to the massage rooms. but once you are there, the rooms are nice and warm and cosy. I would definately go back.
I enjoyed my first massage so much that I went back to the try the Stone massage. which was even better, I had said to the therapist, when asked, to concentrate on my shoulders, and she did. I really felt the therapist has listened to me, and rather then just receiving a routine that the therapist had tailored it to my needs. Maggie
