This was our first ever couples massage. The place is very nice and clean and we kind of got straight into our booking which was nice as there was no waiting. The room is a little bit small but was fitting to us as we found it cosy. The massage was very nice, the ladies was happy to answer any questions we had and checked in mid massage to see if everything was going ok. Over all for our first massage this was lovely and definitely Recommend it couples.

I couldn’t attend the treatment appointment since of my boyfriend’s car window got smashed. My appointment was at 15:45 and I called them at 15:05 as soon as the accident happened. I told the staff my boyfriend was having an emergency but she didn’t let me to reschedule the appointment. I now realized she thought I said ‘work’ emergency which I didn’t mention a single word about work. I just paid £155 for nothing. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

Absolutely perfect. Last minute appointment, super stressed but by the end I was completely relaxed, forgot that I was stressed before and muscle tension seems to have mostly gone
