If I could give this place -0 stars, I would. During my facial, their steam machine malfunctioned, spouting boiling water and burning my neck. The staff dismissed the injury as minor and said they weren’t worried because they were insured for this kind of incident. They only offered a refund, ignoring the pain, trauma, and now resulting scar. Their lack of accountability and professionalism appalling. Avoid this place, especially for facial treatments and treatments that require using machines.
