Good service, the team was slightly late but she was very professional and did a great waxing.
Brazilian Waxing
I would not this place. I booked two brow treatments - tinting and shaping - and the staff were not aware of this. I had to tell the therapist that I had paid for a tint, and she left me alone for ages while another staff member kept coming in and out of the room. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and it was quite a stressful and unrelaxing experience. That being said, the treatment room was quite comfortable with soothing music. The brow tint was fine, but as for the 'threading' - she just tweezed a few stray hairs and called it a day. Actually, she tweezed so hard that it left an abrasion, and barely apologised when I pointed it out. The other therapist, who inexplicably then took over from the first, decided to pour peroxide on it, getting some on my eye in the process (which was thankfully closed). Just an all round bad experience with staff who don't communicate well, and not worth what I paid.
