15 minutes before my treatment they called me to tell me the therapist was not available for another 30 minutes. As I had booked on the same day it seems that they got the details of my appointment last minute. Treatment was good. However, the therapist asked me personal questions in front of another customer....something that it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Despite it all, probably coming back as prices are good for the treatments.

The hot Lycon wax was much less painful than strip wax or standard waxing - would highly recommend. The staff member was very professional and made the experience very comfortable. Will definitely be back. However, still a little prices despite the discount through treat well.
