This salon is bit of a hidden gem, just a few minutes walk from South Ken tube. Mostly focussing on Chinese medicine, the facials are very good and the therapist very attentive. Very good experience and would definitely go back.

I paid £88 for full leg, inner bikini, eyebrow and underarm. This was very very poor value for money.
Good bits: open late; great location - easy to find, easy to travel to and from; underarm wax perfect; bikini ok; eyebrows an excellent shape; therapist was lovely and super-sweet
Bad bits: I left with a bruise on my eyelid which took over a week to fade and, although I paid for a full leg wax, only the top half of my legs were done, Even then, the backs were a bit patchy.
I don't mind that it took forever (nearly 3 hours) but after that amount of time I would expect everything to be perfect. I was told my lower legs had too many ingrowing hairs. I was told I couldn't have my money back because this was not their fault, so I stupidly accepted a half leg wax for the price of a full leg, partially because the therapist seemed so nervous of the owner and it was becoming uncomfortable. It's since been playing on my mind and I have come to the conclusion that I wouldn't accept this from any other service provider, I'm cross with myself for accepting it from here. I bought some ready wax strips on the way home and managed to wax my lower legs, so I am not entirely sure what the problem even was.
