Basically the receptionist was surprised to see me and totally not aware of my booking. Finally she 'sort' it out, but I had to wait more than half an hour to start the treatment because there was no room available. That hour was filled with the staff trying to sell to be a package of treatments. I had to fill up a form with medical conditions etc. To my surprise the girl who performed the treatment had no idea what the medical condition I had circled was since she didn't know the term in English. When finally I did the treatment it was ok-ish. Maybe not the best day for me to assess it as I had a cold and couldn't enjoy it as much. However, they could work on the welcoming etc and the staff should study the form and know what the medical conditions are.
The entry was not welcoming and staff appeared a bit confused about the service I had booked. This should not have been complicated. I asked if the tools were clean, as they were jumbled together in a plastic box and although I was told they were sterilised, I did not feel 100% confident. Overall finished product was not great.
