The entry was not welcoming and staff appeared a bit confused about the service I had booked. This should not have been complicated. I asked if the tools were clean, as they were jumbled together in a plastic box and although I was told they were sterilised, I did not feel 100% confident. Overall finished product was not great.

The lady tidied up my eyebrows well but she did this with a tweezer. I could have done that on my own. I paid for threading and didn't receive it, which is frustrating.
