I have been many times to Balance Spa but this was one of the worst Hollywood wax I have ever had. Not sure if it was because my wax therapist was new/very inexperienced, which is fine, but then don’t charge the full amount. I won’t be coming back.

Normally great service BUT avoid lady called Lily! my full leg wax lasted 1h 15min as she had zero clue what she was doing, super slow, painful, didn’t speak English. Next day I realised she just left untouched areas on both legs! So disappointing
