Mediocre at best. The nail technician started trying to work on my cuticles before soaking off my precious shellac, and hadn’t given the cuticles any soaking so she was hacking away at hard skin which was not only painful but not effective. Terrible paint job too which has resulted in the nails being uneven. It’s not clear when you book that there’s a £12 removal fee in addition to a manicure shellac, which made it quite expensive for a basic treatment. Wouldn’t have booked if I’d known.
