This was one of the most aggressive and painful massages of my life. I was visibly flinching and audible gasping in pain throughout half of it. I asked the masseuse to use less pressure but she did not speak english and apparently did not understand. I normally appreciate a deeper massage to rid of the knots, but this was unbearable. I've never left a massage so tense and stressed. There was also no ambiance or music so it was just silent, my pained whimpers and the noise from people in the hall

Nice well presented walk in day spa. Chinese medicine vibe.
Mine was pedicure including removing dead skin (calluses). The therapist was lovely, welcoming. She checked if i was OK if she used a LUPO blade device. Fine. All was fine but the poor lady was a bit ambitious and accidently cut back the callus to far...Ouch.
No big deal but be careful those blades can cut back too much. Therapist been to be mindful.
The manager and therapist were understandibly mortified. But I'd go again.
Pedicure
Strong hands, but the place could be cleaner. I was facing the floor and seeing all the dirt which made my spa experience less pleasant than it could have been.
