Had to wait as last client was massaged 18 minutes longer. Therapist was not the one I pre selected, they sent one that was free at that moment. the steamer was reallllly hot and left too close and too long on my face but overall facial was ok :)

my 90mins massage was lovely, but I had 2 problems the first 1 is there was no background relax music on in the room and I could hear people talking some of the time. 2nd I feel the hot stones wasn't used for very long which should have been longer
