The staff here were friendly/nice. However, I was made to wait 45 min as a client was squeezed in before me, which I should have been warned of when I arrived 10 min before my appointment (waited 55 min in total). I booked threading but when I closed my eyes wax was applied to around my eyebrows. I explained that I wanted threading but the therapist (who I was told could do it) didn’t understand and insisted waxing. She did try threading when I asked again but was clearly inexperienced.

Great massage as usual! Highly recommend. Ended up getting a package as I realised how much I missed having them.
Lymphatic Drainage
Zoe did not speak a word of english. I had to leave with the wax on my bikini. She cut all my hairs and did not finish the job. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me the manager was angry that i wanted a refund. Its not clean, not good technique, really bad customer experience. Did not get my refund and had to pay £100 somewhere else to ammend the terrible job. Do not go there.
