This was my first time at Balanced Lifestyle...there is a lovely calming atmosphere and the place had a great ambiance. Both Shona and Anne were very friendly. Shona gave a deep massage which was brilliant... (one of the best ones I have had). Came out feeling amazing... (will definitely be back.) Oh and plenty parking spaces !
