Sou was very experienced and nice, and it wasn't painful at all. However, we started late, which was tricky as was my lunch break, and the room was cold and didn't seem super clean. Good value though.

This was my first ever wax, I was anxious about the pain as I had heard that waxing was horrible. I had the wonderful Sou who helped me so much, she was gentle and explained every step of the process! I definitely recommend 11/10 & will be returning!
