Gel manicure and pedicure here was excellent. The therapist had fantastic attention to detail and didn’t wince at my ‘summer worn’ feet. She even gave me advice on how to look after my cuticles and a tester of the best product to use. The treatment was a bit more expensive than I’d usually pay, but for something special, like a holiday, definitely worth it.

Re visited the salon after submitting a review before only meet with an angry beauty therapist once we went through to the beauty room she started going off about you can’t write reviews like that I have told my manager I don’t want to do your lashes anymore this is the last time I told the threapeust I think we should just carry on with the treatment she said wait and started to go out n a rant about the review which is higherly un professional to be fair especially as it was in anagry tone. She did my lashes really good this time but her argression was awful towards me before I even sat down on the bed. I would say the manger was really good the first time with honouring my lashes for £36 the last time and got her to add in more the following day. But customer service should always be on top form regardless especially as I wouldn’t want anyone to be spoken to on that level.
