Really lovely staff who listen to your needs and give great advice. Very happy with my hair cut and finish - I would recommend Naomi and go to balayage again.
Ladies' Haircuts
Firstly the salon is filthy. I was booked in for a lower half spray tan - my first - after spotting the deal on this website. After being led to a back area I was told what would be happening. The employee said that they had no paper underwear so I would need to keep my own on. No biggie. After spraying my legs I was given the nozzle of the spray machine and told to ‘dry’ myself. The employee disappeared for at least 15 mins. When she returned I showed her the soles of my feet which were black! She had forgotten to ‘vaseline’ them she said - Sorry... sorry!!!! She tried to remove the excess with stain removal which obviously did not work. On top of this she was rubbing off the tan on my feet where she was holding. I have several photos of the disgusting way my feet and legs were left but can’t see how I can share on here. Disgraceful. I had to shower the whole lot off and my feet are still black after several showers and much scrubbing. Treatwell- you should investigate these people. I have to rate it at least a star as it won’t let me finish but truly no stars is what this salon deserves.

My first time at Balayage. I had a haircut by Juliana and she did a fab job, great blowdry too. I will be back.
