The overall review for this shop is extreme bad and worst experience that I ever had. I came to do haircut but the hairdresser did not provided the service due to condition of head lice and charging the payment for spending time with client without providing any service. It's totally disgusting.The reason is justified only if the staff provided us guidelines and policies about haircut service of the shop before booking appointment. If we are aware about the policies before appointment we won't visit this shop and opted for other shops in the locality. If the hair washing is performed, the hairdresser should dry my hair, but she was not willing to do that. If she can't do that service properly why should she performed hair wash. She should have told her concern before hair washing my hair and not in the middle of the process. We can't be blamed for this incidence due to the hairdresser fault.
