I booked Mitra for my appointment however my appointment was fulfilled by another therapist. Unfortunately the wax was not performed to her same high standard. The wax itself was uncomfortably hot and very painful throughout. I now have quite a lot of irritation and redness 24 hours later. I have also noticed quite a lot of missed hairs. If possible, please let customers know if their chosen therapist isn’t available as I would have preferred to reschedule to have the session with Mitra
