I asked for Christmas nail art as I arrived which she said would be fine if “simple”. She kept repeating “simple” and seemed in a massive rush. I asked was I meant to have booked something else if I didn’t want “simple” - she just laughed. Rushed into a decision, I settled on one glitter over coat and a swiggle of a Xmas tree (not exactly like my picture). At the end she chased me out the shop asking if I’d paid - I had online. She then added £5 on for nail art without telling me before!!
