The bikini wax lacked attention to detail and did not remove hairs from the roots, but only ripped them from the surface, so the hair started growing back within a few days (rather than a few weeks when I usually get a bikini wax). She also left quite a few hairs and rushed me out within 8 minutes for a 20 minute appointment. Will not be returning.

Refused to remove my BIAB by filing only, despite this being a completely reasonable service request. The attitude when I politely asked was disappointing and came across quite dismissive.
