Massage room seemed to double as an office and room for other types of treatments which didn't really bother me but definitely didn't make it feel very luxurious. Massage itself was excellent, very professional and I think very good value for money.

Underwhelming,no frills, disappointing ambience.
I had previously enjoyed a massage here and so booked my daughter one as a treat. She found not only a collapsing bed but a masseuse with little ' bedside manner!!' Massage apparently was okay but having paid £55.00 I would have expected considerations such as......please remove clothing and lie on the bed!! I was disappointed that my treat did not succeed in pleasing her.
