I received a wash and blow dry from Louise and it was fab. I explained how I liked it and she created it perfectly. If I am ever in need of one again I will definitely go back here

Awful experience!!!!!!! First time getting a leg wax and it is not worth the pain, time or money. She claimed she could not see my hair, yet I am a brunette and I left with my legs still hairy.
Bikini wax was horrendous. First of all I was not given a towel to cover myself with which I normally receive in the other salons I have been too. She also wanted me to remove my underwear. For a simple bikini line wax. I refused because I have never needed to do that before and it is simply not necessary for a bikin line wax! No alternative underwear was provided which I have been offered in other salons. If I wanted a Brazilian wax, I would have asked for one, but no, she gave me one (didn’t charge me for it) but a messy and painful one as I went home and spent 45 mins trying to get left over wax off myself. She was rude and asked me intermite and personal questions. Awful experience and would never go again!!! I feel emotionally scarred and left that salon feeling awful and slightly violated.
