Underwhelming,no frills, disappointing ambience. I had previously enjoyed a massage here and so booked my daughter one as a treat. She found not only a collapsing bed but a masseuse with little ' bedside manner!!' Massage apparently was okay but having paid £55.00 I would have expected considerations such as......please remove clothing and lie on the bed!! I was disappointed that my treat did not succeed in pleasing her.
