I was a few minutes late to my appointment but the therapist was very understanding and gave me a full treatment - actually longer than the 55mins advertised. I was expecting a deeper massage based on my prior experience of ayurvedic massage -- this session was quite light though it was the Marma style which seemed to focus more on pressure points. Also, the small room was quite cluttered and could be easily re-organised to be more practical to move around the table and aesthetic - not that it matters once ones eyes are closed. Also, the oils were lovely and just what my skin needed.

The studio is really small, literally a room, but Baliga is extremely kind and the massage was good and helpful. My neck and shoulder pain lessened.
