I have had laser hair removal treatments in the past and I remember it being painful. This is my very first treatment at Baliga Ayurveda and Raghav was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and the laser hair removal treatment was painless. I am super excited to see how my back feels after eight sessions. Will be back soon!

I’ve had a lot of reflexology in my time and I’m afraid this was not a good one. He just prodded points at my feet, with no sense of finding ‘the painful/key bits’ and working through it - tbh he seemed pretty bored doing it. Came out thinking it was a waste of money! I’m sure other treatments might be good but wouldn’t reccomend the reflexology
