I have now been going to Baliga Ayurveda on a weekly basis for just over a month and it has been an absolute game changer for my marathon training.
Raghav is fantastic in the way that he welcomes you and creates a great atmosphere. His knowledge is second to none and it is very evident that he cares immensely about the work he does and that you receive the treatment you require.
If you are needing a sports massage (or any), I could not recommend Raghav and this place enough.
