I am a regular customer and 100% recommend Baliga Ayurveda. I have near chronic upper back and neck pain due to long hours at a desk while working. I get regular treatment at Baliga Ayurveda and notice dramatic improvement every time - next to no pain at all by end of the appointment.

I’m quite picky when it comes to massages but this was probably the best massage I’ve had in a long long time. Don’t expect a fancy spa place but do expect a fantastic massage of someone who knows exactly what he is doing. Terrific technique and I will be back
