Baliga Aryuveda is a very special and rare place where you still can get a therapist with exceptional skills which really cares about his client welfare. I can highly recommend the fantastic quality treatments done with painstaking precision without any sign of rush nor shortcuts. A great place to go to cure all ailments. Raghav is great - my massage was very thorough (face, hands, feet, back, legs, head) and i certainly felt much better afterwards.
The room isn't the most luxurious but the quality of the massage trumps that. Go here if you want a good massage and dont mind about not being in a proper spa.
