The treatment went a lot better than expected. Rodica did an amazing and satisfying job. She didn't miss any spot and was careful to remove even the shortest and hidden hair. Not to forget to mention about her lovely attitude; the entire session was a pleasure especially as I could feel that she was using very good quality wax (can feel the difference as the pain was reduced to nearly 0) Thank you!
In addition to this I would like to mention one negative side, which I hope the management would take seriously into consideration. I know summer it's here but there is no way the sun warmth can get so much in the back of the saloon. It was extremely cold and as a result I felt very sick for the next two days. Considering that I have just recovered from a very bad cold, this nearly got me back on pills. It's not appropriate and it's unacceptable to feel so unconformable while doing beauty treatments. If you can assure me there will be a heater in place, you will win a loyal customer.

Carmen is a really good waxer, she takes care to not cause too much pain. It’s a shame the day I went was her last day as the business is moving. I would definitely have returned
