Very friendly staff,didn’t rush my hair cut,shampoo was very relaxing.offered coffee .
I asked what product I could use for my hair and was show but I would have liked to purchase product there rather than look in shops another time.

The salon is a small room set up at the back of a barber shop. It is pristine clean and Carmen is excellent. She's very professional, thorough and quick. It's the only salon I've been back to multiple times for a wax.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, still I was attended to. Such a neat and detailed waxing. Enjoyed the hot wax and the after wax oil. Usually when I leave a parlour after wax, I feel sticky and would be dying to go and have a shower. But Carmen had her magic hands while waxing. Such a clean service. Would go back again and again. Now I know the best place in HARROW for waxing is BALLO’S. Thank you once again dear Carmen.
