First, I had to wait for half an hour. The waxing took place in a very small room in a men's barber shop with a door without a lock!! The wax itself was quite hot (though it is not a first waxing experience for me and I know what to expect). Very disappointed. Not as described at all!!
Really great service! Not only was the haircut and wash excellent but she did it all quite quickly too which saved me a lot of time all while receiving high quality treatment!

Overall it was a great service and I'm pleased with the result. I just wish the lady wouldn't have giving up on the last stubborn hair at the end...
