Lovely setting for a treatment as it was clean, calm and inviting. Lou was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly but also professional from the outset whilst putting me at ease. Reflexology was informative and well worth it. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I really appreciated Colette's care and gentle introduction to Ayurveda massage. As I have an op next week, I wanted to feel relaxed and grounded and this provided that experience.
