It was very friendly, smelt beautiful could tell it was a professional place. The facial l had was the best lve ever had, it was a cosy, warm atmosphere, Emma was so professional, she explained each step as she went along. She gave me a glass of water. It truly was a wonderful experience. I felt so chilled. I will definitely return to Emma.
