My first visit and a really pleasant experience. Julia was lovely, very welcoming and professional. The massage was great, the rooms were perfect and I was very happy with the whole thing over all. Only negative would be for anyone coming in a car - as its in the centre of town parking can be fun.

On time friendly approach - massage was firm as requested - excellent customer interaction- not sure the new waiting room is an improvement on before? Feels a little like a doctors surgery.

Tasha is the best and most professional I have ever used I cannot recommend her highly enough
Jane was fabulous. Very skilled, attentive and felt she really cared. The tension in my neck and shoulders felt better the next day and I think the tinitus in my ear is less pronounced as a result!
