I loved my facial with Lulu who was amazing. She was gentle, listened to my likes and dislikes and then tailored the facial. I felt calm and relaxed afterwards and my skin felt nourished and glowy. Later she explained what products would suit me but there was no pressure to buy. Would love to repeat this experience.
