I have been having acupuncture with Hannah for just over a year now but this is the first time I have been to NYR treatment rooms. My session was as always fabulous, Hannah is great because she explains what she's doing which I've not experienced before with any other acupuncturist. But this treatment was even more enjoyable and relaxing due to the lovely atmosphere of the rooms. I'll definateley be coming back here to see Hannah again.

It was my first treatment so I went in to the shop but waited a considerable time while the assistant dealt with a customer to be told to go through and downstairs to the treatment rooms. Perhaps you could tell people this as they book for the first time?
Treatment was good, Emma was charming thorough and helpful. I enjoyed the experience.
