Nikki is an excellent therapist, I feel very safe and relaxed in her hands. My only suggestion for Neal's Yard would be that the therapy room is some times a bit chilly and l need to ask for an additional blanket.
A lovely massage, tailored to what I wanted. Found the music relaxing rather than annoying and particularly like the eye mask which helped me to relax and the hair oil treatment which left my hair lovely and soft on washing. Emma was very professional and pleasant and I would definitely go back.
I loved that the facial was bespoke to my skin, which is exactly why I chose it. I wanted to change my skin care routine and now I have a full set of products that are suited to my skin and needs. It was a very relaxing experience and Caroline was lovely!
