Lou is a master at her trade. This is not about formulaic massage but about being in tune with your needs and responsive to your body. I feel very safe to let her do her thing and I am never disappointed. She finds areas I couldn’t have pinpointed and I always leave feeling so much better. It is a big investment in self for me and one which is such good value. Highly recommended.
