I booked for a Shellac pedicure. I was welcomed on arrival treated very well. Kinza is lovely and friendly. My treatment was great she did a really good job and was very attentive. My feet feel lovely and I love my nail polish

I had an appointment at 4.45pm i got to the place 4.40pm only to see the shutters closed i kept phoning them to see whats going on but no one answered, there were people on the shop floor. Not customers but people who work there kept phoning for good 7/8 times, no answer had to go back home and wash my hair myself , it was for a blowdry. I had an event to go to and this salon let me down. I got a phone call later on to ask me why didnt i attend lol. Silly. AVOID this place.
