Booked my mum in for a little surprise here. Mum didn’t really have a great experience. Staff member was constantly burning her head during the blow dry. Mum had to show the person the correct way of blowdrying. They almost let my mum walk out the door without cutting her hair. When they did cut her hair, they used a shaver and she’s been left with areas of long strands of hair. Took them less than 10 minutes to do the cut (I imagine this was due to them forgetting and up against time).

Fabulous experience I am back again tomorrow to get my hair `up do` done and will definitely return for my nails to be done again. The only reason I marked the atmosphere as 4 stars instead of 5 was because i was the only client in the salon and you didn`t have that salon buzz when other people are there but that isn`t their fault. Couldn`t fault at all
