Bank of Beauty is a lovely venue & Joanne an extremely professional therapist. I was there for a less than relaxing treatment- waxing - but Joanne put me at ease & chatted & it was actually a great experience!

I was bought a Japanese head spa with blow dry for a xmas present.
Never has this kind of treatment before but it turned out to be sheer relaxation .
The lady was very professional as well as being friendly .
My scalp ,head ,hair was massaged in a most relaxing way and the blow dry afterwards was really nice.
included bottle water, fruit drink and biscuits afterwards
