Great time. Beautiful surroundings. Loved every minute. Food tasty. The hotel was the quietest I have every stayed in,got a goodnight sleep. Spa facilities were excellent. Only negative comment would be an explanation of spa facilities on arrival would be nice. Although we worked it out after 12 hours. Also a clock somewhere descreat, as never knew the time, only a problem if you were having a treatment or lunch at a specific time. Will defenintally be going again!
The smell, the sound, the feel - all were amazing and tat was BEFORE we got into the spa itself. It was immaculately clean, the ambiance was perfect and the temperatures perfect. We are making it a monthly treat. The only thing that could have been better was not having to chase the staff round to get the glass of Prosecco on offer.

Staff, when you could find them, were helpful and polite. Spa treatments were nice but not brilliant. Having previously visited Champneys Charlton House didn't live up to our expectations.
Easy to book but we were unable to get te treatment that we wanted on the day that we were available, unsure if this is a regular thing but something to bear in mind if you have a specific treatment preference.
