The Venue was fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our treatment bookings as one of the staff was ill and therefore some complications with rearranging the appointments which made the day of departure a bit rushed. However the staff were very apologetic and we received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience. The room was beautiful but the tap on one of the basins fell of upon use. Very minor point. The food on the restaurant was great and service very efficient and friendly. I would love to go again for longer next time.
Treatwell sold me a package in a hotel which had no space. As it was a late booking, instead of losing it all together, I opted for Hastings. As it turns out, it was miles from anywhere and a terrible location!
Really relaxing, well tended by staff and a free room upgrade sealed the deal! Food was wonderful as well.
A lovely hotel for a relaxing spa break. Clean, comfortable room with lovely complimentary body wash and shampoo. My sister and I had a delicious evening meal and breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
