I arrived at the saloon 7 minutes early and the masseuse Helen did not look like she was expecting me. Treatwell needs communicate with the saloons! She quickly rushed me in and it took me 5 minutes to change. 45 minutes into the massage she unexpectedly left and did not return. I was sitting on the table confused and after 15 minutes was told by another employee she started another client. After I complained to the lovely and professional Alina, she came in shouting. Wish I choose Alina!

I had a really great massage - nice and firm. Think its v good value for money.
