Sonya was lovely, really worked out all the stress and kinks in my shoulders and back. Felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage.
Management seems to be changing every few weeks but I am glad that the quality of service remains high. I would highly recommend Nicole or Sonya if they are around.
This was my second visit to this venue following an extremely negative first visit; however I chose to try this place again as I needed a massage the same day as booking. I instantly regretted my decision to visit here as soon as I walked in the door and was spoken to like I was an inconvenience. I was told there were no beds for the deep tissue massage I had booked. I was told I could have a different floor based massage, but I insisted on the deep tissue one I had booked and paid for, much to the therapists annoyance. She FOUR times tried to change my booking to another massage, which I repeatedly refused and asked her to honour what I had booked. She then decided to rant ongoing at me about the fact they hate Treatwell bookings (thanks for making me feel welcome and my custom valued) and that their boss kept booking in appointments from Treatwell without checking if the massage therapists wanted to do another massage or if there were beds available. This was seemingly my problem! It got to the point where I felt she was actively trying to put off her Treatwell customers from ever returning. I think she’s succeeding in this!! Absolutely appalling attitude. The boss needs to speak to his staff about politeness, not taking their frustrations out on customers and being welcoming. I don’t book a massage to be moaned at and chastised for using their service. Treatwell you need to do something about this place.
Upon visiting, it did seem like the place was rather disorganised as they were unaware I had booked an appointment on Treatwell. Furthermore, they didn't have a foot refloxologist on hand to do the service I'd booked. So instead, they combined them and made my deep tissue massage an hour long one and the masseuse also incorporated a foot massage into it. It also included some Thai massage, which I absolutely loved. The entire massage was incredible and I was pleasantly surprised after the confusion upon checking in. The masseuse dremed to know all my pain spots and worked hard to put my body at ease. She definitely went above and beyond. I'll be back for sure!
Massage was great, but they just seemed to have a little bit of admin issue as they didn't have my booking made through treatwell when I turned up. They had to check that a therapist was actually available.
Received a very competent and pleasant Thai-style massage with stretches. Wasn't firm enough to be described as deep tissue (which was what I booked, and yes, I did request firm/strong pressure), but would recommend as a good value basic massage for general purposes.
I liked it that there wasn't any annoying music or overpowering scents (as in some other places...)
Good accessibility - all ground floor and only a small step.
