We had to wait 30 minutes because the masseuse was with another client. The staff is super nice and welcoming, massage was great. Admittedly, the ambiance wasn’t the best. There was no music, scents or candlelight and someone was being quite noisy upstairs. Overall the experience was good and I’d come back.
Jinne gave a great massage and used the Thai Massage stretching techniques to great effect. I felt much more flexible and light after the massage and would recommend this place. Never had a bad experience!
I think some of the personnel have changed as my regular masseuse no longer works here as well as a couple of others however the quality still remains high.
Some people have complained about noise from the corridor which does occur when staff speak to each other but it is never enough to cause a disturbance.
as usual very disorganised. I already used them once. massage was good but had wait almost 2hours even though I booked well before.
This time was even worst. I was really struggling to be on time there. I reached 10 min before my massage, they said they won't be able to massage me as they are overbooked. I was really disappointed!! TREATWELL YOU MUST DO SOME ACTION TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
