it was really disappointing. I reached the place 15min before my appointment. and the door was locked. I knocked the door for long time no one responded. When I knocked harder, A masseuse came to the door and her immediate response was, I cant massage you now, as I am with another client. I replied, I have an appointment for 6 pm, she restlessly replied I cant provide you massage without even apologizing and she advised me to come after one hour. I replied I can't come back after one hr, I rather cancelled my appoinment.
and Then, she asked me if I can wait 20 min, I agreed with frustration. she showed up after half an hour and asked me to go room 3 and change and I waited another 25 min the room. and I was able to hear that she was fighting very loudly with her colleague while she was with another client!!
Now, another lady showed up and asked if she can take a screenshot of my payment so she can send it to her boss, so I allowed her and asked if she can start the massage she replied until her boos reply to her about payment confirmation, she cant start massage.
finally, she started massage after 45min without her boss's confirmation but she was non stop checking her phone and replying text message . I must say massage was good but the environment was really stressful and of course, i didn't enjoy the massage at all and it was very stressful 1.5 hours :((((( very disapointed.
Our first time having a massage and we both really enjoyed the couples session. Staff were friendly and we would both recommend! We will be coming back soon 😊
On my arrival the door was locked. The phone was switched off. Finally someone came to open the door. I booked for gold oil massage and body scrub. I was told they don’t have the gold oil so it had to be almond oil. So the boss gave me 15 minutes extra time for the massage, which was nice. But the staff seemed very unhappy that she had to work the extra time. However the lady who gave me massage was good and she was pleasant. After the massage, to my surprise I was told that they don’t have scrub salt, either. so I had to book another day to have it done. To compensate this inconvenience, they will give me another 15 minutes extra. I appreciate their efforts to put things right but I could not help noticing that their staffs are not happy the way their working situation is. 2 staffs and the boss were all pleasant. But the staffs have very limited English so it was stressful to communicate with them. The massage room was clean but the bathrooms were not. Treatwell should have more updated information as I had similar experience with another spa didn’t have the right staff or right products when the treatwell app said they are available.
