DO NOT BOOK.
Left work early and had a 40 minute journey only to be told that they had no time for me and could I come back in an hour. The receptionist was very unapologetic and smirked as she told me this. I sat in reception for 1 minute to call Treatwell as it was freezing outside and was then forced out. Terrible approach to customer service will never ever book again.
Massage was great with the 30 mins used greatly to remove knots in my neck and shoulders. Staff helped put me at ease and were helpful

Nikki was fantastic and gave a great massage. I had never known the benefits of 'warming up' before a massage but I can tell you it makes a difference. I actually felt even mpre rejuvenated physically having been stretched before the massage. Nikki was professional and tailored the pressure to how I wanted. Highly recommend! Got the full hour and very punctual!
