A disappointing experience. No communication between the salon and Treatwell and therefore they were not expecting us resulting in a long wait time prior to treatment. The treatment room was very cold. I had goose bumps throughout and did not enjoy the experience. A real shame as the women were clearly well trained therapists. I will not be visiting again.
